Farmaline Review

Recently I was contacted by Farmaline to see if I would like to try out some of their products they stock... so of course I happily accepted and within a matter of days I recieved a lovely parcel full of goodies.

Farmaline are an online pharmacy who stock all the European skincare brands that are harder to purchase or find in stock here in the UK.  Brands such as Bioderma, La Roche Posay and Lierac.  There are plenty others too!

Farmaline Lip balm, £2.54

A lovely little handy balm that's very moisturising and makes my lazy days so much better. It’s the perfect size for popping in your handbag to keep your lips moisturised on the go!

Lierac Sensorielle Gel Douche, £9.15

I only needed a small size amount of the product and it lathered up really well. It has a anti-dehydration effect and my skin actually did feel more hydrated for longer and it smells lovely!

EAU Thermale Avene, £15.18

This is such a lovely cream!!  It is designed for those who have dry prone skin and is designed for the whole family, with that in mind I gave a bit to my sister to try as she has eczema and I must say  it worked a treat!

EAU Thermale Avene
This is so nice and relaxing on your eyes! I find that if you put it in the fridge for a while then place on your eyes it reduces swelling and puffiness around your eyes! I think this would be perfect in the summer!

Make up Bag

This is a perfect size makeup bag and is big enough to fit several full sized products in!

Biocyte mask

This gave my skin a great glow after using it, its really refreshing and leaves your skin looking and feeling great!

  2. This was the first and the last time I order anything from Farmaline. I had ordered few pretty pricy cosmetic products as a present for a friend, and they arrived quite fast, but they were damaged. The shipment box was of a very poor quality and there was no bubble wrap protection of any kind, so products got smashed. The bottles themselves didn't leak, but the packaging was crushed and torn, looking like something one finds in a trash bin. When I contacted customer support (and sent the picture of what the whole mess looked like), they simply said that products were not damaged and that they won't refund it. Interesting that "the product" for Farmaline is just a content inside the bottles/doses/packs. These kinds of products would never be put on shelves in the shops because they were damaged, but to them it's no problem at all. I guess I should be lucky they didn't just empty the product into an old yogurt cup and send it like that, because - the product itself is fine. Needless to say, these products were useless to me, there was no way this could had passed as a gift. I don't often write bad reviews, but this one really got me angry, cheating on ones customers can never be a sign of a good company. Just so you know who you are dealing with...

    1. Hi, I am really sorry to hear this. Whenever I have had orders from them they have always been fine and I wouldn't blog about anything I honestly don't like or I think don't look after customers or send over bad products. Do you want to send me a private email touchofbelle@gmail.com to discuss the matter further, I am in no way affiliated or linked to Farmaline, this review was a one off however If I can help in anyway I am more than happy to do so. Again I am really sorry but I am in no way linked to the company so but if you want to email me feel free to do so :)
