W7 full time lip colour review

W7's full time lip colour is a 24 hour lip gloss/lip colour. If your like me and like to apply your lipstick once and know it won't budge for the rest of the day then this might be for you! The full time lip colour has a clear lip gloss which dries to a matte finish and a coloured gloss which again dries to a matte finish.

I was so impressed by this I applied it in the morning and do everything I normally would: eat, drink, showered and it still didn't  budge, its recommended on the packaging to remove with an oil base remover.

The gloss applied really easily but it did feel quite sticky on my lips although after a while it does dry to a matte finish it does take a while for it to try, this is the only downside I found to the gloss. This gloss retails at £3.65 which I think is a great  product for the price.

Face Mask Friday - SkinCeuticals Clarifying Clay Masque:

I am a big fan of clay masks I love when they dry out and you can't move your face! The point of a clay mask is that it removes all the impurities out from your skin making it look clearer and healthier. I have been using the Skinceuticals clarifying clay mask* around 2 to 3 times a weeks and I can really see a difference in my skin, I have had a few breakouts recently along my chin and cheeks and I found this really helped to reduce any blemishes and get rid of any imperfections, you get the best results if you use it regular.

I also love the packaging of this face masks it is quite heavy so wouldn't be great for using it on the go, but for a bit of home pampering you can't go wrong!  It feels really luxurious coming in a heavier pot and I can see it lasting quite a while as you only need a small amount for your whole face! Since using this mask my skin has been a lot clearer.

This mask is a little on the pricey side at £42.75 but I do personally really think it works, it would be great to use when you want a bit of "me" time and just treat yourself!

FOTD

Hello everyone hope you are all having a good week!

To get this look the products I used were Rimmel match perfection foundation, Maybelline the Falsies*, Maybelline Brow Drama* and Maybelline Colour sensational in the shade 530 Fatal red*.

After I applied my foundation I used the Maybelline the falsies mascara which is one of my favourite mascaras! It really lengthens and adds definition to my lashes!

Next up was my brows, this product has a sphere brush part at the end which is great for taming pesky fly away brows! It also adds colour whilst keeping my brows nice and neat all day.

I am in love with this lipstick! Its is such a gorgeous shade and will be perfect for autumn, it is quite a matte lipstick but I didn't find it to be at all drying on my lips and it lasts a good 6/7 hours so I didn't have to reapply throughout the day.

Chemist Direct have a 3 for 2 offer on all Maybelline products at the moment and I would really recommend checking out their website and taking advantage of the offer Click Here to go to the Maybelline section!

Face Mask Friday - Montagne Jeunesse Brazilian Mud Mask:

The mask is a fabric one so instead of apply a liquid to your face, this mask* contains one fabric mask which is already infused with the face mask ingredients. The mask is already pre cut in the shape of a face, fabric masks are the best if you are on the go or prefer something mess free, just pop the mask on and let it do its magic!

The instructions on the back of the face mask advise leaving the mask on for 10 to 15 minutes, I left it for the full 15. It felt cool and refreshing against my skin but I did find I needed to keep pressing it down against my skin in certain areas, as the mask is quite big, this wasn't a big issue though. Removal was really simple, you just take the fabric off and throw it away, and then rinse your face with water to remove any traces of the mask left behind.

I have areas of dry patches and found that after I used the mask my skin felt hydrated and moisturised. I also love the smell of this face masks it smells really fresh and fruity, I will definitely be using this mask again!

Have you tried Montagne Jeunesse products? Which are your favourites? How often do you make time to do face masks? Share your thoughts and experiences with me in the comments!

Face Mask Friday - Montagne Jeunesse Seaweed Mask:

I was recently sent a couple of Montagne Jeunesse's face masks to try out, the one I was most excited to try was their Black Seaweed Peel Off Masque*, with Sea Buckthorn and Laver Seaweed. Peel off masks as my favourite kind of masks, I find them so satisfying and the results are always great!

I cleansed my face before applying, it says to do this in the instructions part, the mask is quite thick in consistency and felt a bit tar like, although it was really easy to apply and spread easily. As it started to dry the areas around my nose and chin started to tighten, not to much that is was uncomfortable but it was noticeable, I personally like this as I feels like its working!

After about 20 – 25 Minutes the mask was completely dry and I began to peel it away (My favourite part haha!) As I started to peel the mask off you could see it pulling all the impurities out my pores and just taking away and dead skin, I instantly noticed my skin was a lot clearer and I had a lot less blocked pores around my nose!

This masks costs £1 and is available on line and in most drugstores, I really recommend this and I have really seen an improvement in my skin since using this face mask, my skin has been a considerably clearer and my skin feels a lot smoother!

Pixi Eye Bright Liner!

I was recently send the Pixi by Petra Eye bright liner* to review, I was really excited to try it out as I have never tried a pale eyeliner before and I was really happy with the effect!
This twist up pencil has a precise point that allows you to apply to your waterline really easily. The smaller point is just the right size for the job, the formula is thick and creamy and glides onto my lower lashline with ease!

The colour is sort of a pale pink and adds a bit of colour as well as brightening up your eyes! This is great in the summer if you still want to wear a bit of eyeliner but want one to brighten your eyes – then this is the one! It really makes my eyes stand out and just seem more alert and awake!

The packaging for this is simple and functional. It's a retractable eyeliner, meaning you don't have to sharpen which is great if you are travelling as it means you don't have to take a sharpener with you! The cap on my liner is actually pretty secure so I know fact that the lid won't come off and leave me with pink marks on the inside of my makeup bag!
