Benefit Porefessional

Today I am going to be reviewing one of my favourite pore minimisers and primers, Benefit Porefessional. First of all as with all of Benefit's products I love the packaging! It’s a small little tube which is such a handy size for my makeup bag. As it’s a primer I normally put my moisuturiser on and then put this over the top and then continue with my normal makeup routine; Foundation concealer, powder, etc. This really works wonders and does exactly what it says it will!

I only use a pea sized amount and mainly put in on my T-zone and a little bit on my cheeks, it is a very lightweight balm like consistency that glides on easily and makes my skin feel really soft, I found that it keeps my makeup on a lot longer throughout the day then it would normally, but also I get quite an oily T-zone and I have found that by using this it helps to keep me shine free. It helps create a much more even tone when I apply my makeup and can notice on my slightly larger pores that they have been reduced. If you have oily skin Porefessional is also oil free so Its great for people with oily skin too!

It’s a little on the pricey side at £24.50, which may seem like a lot just for a primer but I would say it is definitely worth it, I think it is especially good if you have oily skin as it helps to keep it under control and limit the amount of shine you get in your T-zone.

Have you tried Porefessional? What's your favourite primer? Let me know down below!

  1. Great post! I recently tried out a little sample size of this and also find that it really helps my makeup stay in place ,especially on my T-zone - I think I may go for the full-size version next! :)
