Happy New Year and My Goals

Happy New Year everybody, I know new years day was a few days ago now but this is my very first blog post of 2019! Today I wanted to share with you some of my goals for the year ahead and I know most people do this every year and fail normally within the first month and I'm included in that bracket! But this list is going to be thing that are achievable but don't have time restraints or anything like that. 

1. Continue to get fit

Towards the end of 2018 I started to go to the gym more, once I got over the initial dread of going and what people thought I really got into the swing with things and I loved the way I felt afterwards. This is a journey and its not about loosing weight but rather being and feeling the best I can and I know going to the gym makes me feel good! 

2. Meet new people 

I love meeting new people anyway but I want to continue and I want to make 2019 of making new friends and making time to see people. Its often so easy to not make plans and get carried away with our own lives but its so important to keep those connections. 

3. Push myself out my comfort zone

I try and do this as much as I can, If I think I can't do something why can't I. What or even who is stopping me? It's good to do things that scare you its how you grow and you never know you may even end up liking it! 

Now I could keep this list going but I think that for me anyway is where I have failed in the past, one because I set unrealistic expectations but also two because I have too many things to concentrate on. I would love to know any goals you have in the comments below!
