My Study Tips!

Its coming up where a lot of you are starting to get a lot of exams and assessments, I know I did when I was at school and now at college I am coming up to my final project! I thought today I would share some of my study tips that will hopefully help a few of you!
1.       Take regular breaks!
Trying to cram everything in won't work, stay relaxed and do little bits at a time. I used to do 30 minutes of study and then 4 minute breaks.

2.       Have a revision timetable!
I like to plan and know what I'm doing that way I am less likely to forget to revise certain topics/ areas, one website I found extremely helpful while doing my exams was http://getrevising.co.uk/ it has resources that help with different subjects, it also allows you to make your own revision timetable

3.       Keep hydrated and eat well

Throughout my exams I found it hard to make sure I ate well not because I didn't want to but because I was so worried if I didn't spend all my time revising I wouldn't do well, you need to make sure you eat the recommend amount a day and keep drinking lots of water, It helps to keep you healthy. I would also recommend having polos or tick tacs while you are studying, I found this really helpful and in our exam we were allowed sweets as long as they didn't have the packets so by having sweets in exams that I had when I was revising just made me make links… I'm not sure if this was just me though!

  4. Great tips that really help you learn more effectively. I usually study 45 minutes non-stop and then rest for 15 minutes. This schedule helps me learn a lot without getting too tired. Good nutrition gives me a boost of strength, energy and vigor, sleep for more than 8 hours helps me to recover and be ready for a new day. I also have another life hack: when I do not have the opportunity to eat well or sleep more than 8 hours, and at the same time I feel tired, I do not have enough energy and time to study, then I use the "do my essay" service about which you can get more info here in order to keep my strength and still get a good grade and maintain or even raise my academic ranking.
